Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that made-to-order items (like our beanies) require 2–3 weeks of production time before shipping.
Pre-Sale Orders Alien A4/A5 pre-orders are estimated to ship within 2–3 weeks from the order date. We'll keep you updated along the way!
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier-calculated rates are available at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, here's what to expect:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
