Standard Orders We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To start a return, please email us at eelectricat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Made-to-Order Items Items made specifically for you (such as our beanies) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Since these are crafted just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Pre-Sale Orders (Alien A4/A5) Pre-sale orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us at eelectricat@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
